On the other hand, thermal insulation for protection against cold is adjusted by increasing body fat. These are the first ones that come to mind from many topics that make weight gain reasonable in the winter period…

However, the winter period is a time when it is easier to allocate time for ourselves, and we have to deal with less distractions for time planning. Evening events, wedding organizations, holiday plans leave their place to compulsory indoor events; We enter a period in which diseases, low resistance and flu epidemics are encountered more frequently.

First of all, it is necessary to move the body more aimed at increasing the fat ratio in order to provide its own heat insulation; Afterwards, we should know that we can increase our consumption of fruits and raw vegetables in a controlled manner for the purpose of protection from diseases and epidemics. In addition, our immune-friendly herbal teas; Lemon, ginger, turmeric, cinnamon, mint, natural honey or fruits should be added to it and it should accompany us during the day and late hours.

Our diet consists of simple and artificial carbohydrate sources (sugar, sugar, etc.) If we add healthy cooked vegetable dishes and low-fat and protein-rich soup recipes to a nutrition system in which the energy taken (such as refined flour) is replaced by whole grain groups and the natural sugar of the fruit (all of which should be controlled), one of our meals will be one of the healthy protein sources. If it is planned (meat, turkey, legumes..), the winter period can be both fit and disease-free.
