It is necessary to avoid hiding the sadness or pain felt and appearing strong. Experiencing emotions will make it easier to return to normal life.

Accepting the Problem . The first condition of coping with the emerging problem is to accept the existence of the problem. Sometimes the person has difficulty believing the situation or accepting the result. When acceptance is delayed, intervention to resolve the problem is delayed. This causes the problem to become chronic. Accepting the situation does not mean that we approve or want the situation. It just means that we look at things realistically.
