Toxic Communication and Relationship

Toxic communication covers the negative and destructive behaviors of people towards each other. Relationships that harm each other are called toxic relationships. Toxic relationships are relationships that make us feel unhappy, blame ourselves, and question our lives. Toxic relationship can be seen in romantic relationships as well as in business and friendship relationships. We can be exposed to verbal, physical or emotional violence in toxic relationships. In toxic relationships, you need to set boundaries between you and take care to protect these boundaries. Do not be afraid to express your feelings and thoughts. In a toxic relationship, one party may want to keep the other party under constant control, which may cause the party to feel incomplete and wrong for the party to be kept under control. Once awareness about toxic communication and relationship is established, it can turn into a healthy relationship if both parties are willing and committed to change.
