When we look at the attitudes and behaviors of a stressed person, we can see that he turns into an individual who is aggressive, tense, alone, indifferent to life, unable to enjoy life, and has difficulty in making decisions.

In daily life, many situations in physical, psychological and social sense can cause stress. The fact that the weather is extremely hot and suffocating, we experience a negative situation and collapse emotionally, some problems arising from business life can be given as examples of the causes of stress. In addition to these, financial issues, age and lifestyle of the person can cause stress. This situation is not only a stress experienced, but can lead to many ailments. The person may experience problems such as depression, sleep disorder, stress-induced alcohol and substance abuse, and consuming too much cigarettes.

In addition to these, progressive relaxation exercises and deep breathing meditation are behavioral interventions that make a good contribution to the reduction of stress levels, among the applications that can be used in psychotherapy and that can be done by providing psychoeducation.
