If you are eating a lot or can’t find the motivation to do sports, you should start somewhere and witness the changes in your weight and quality of life caused by small behavioral changes as soon as possible.

Your mood affects your whole day, months, maybe your most important moments. I’m so happy I have to eat, I’m so bored I have to eat, I’m depressed, I have to say sweet.. Leave all of this aside and question this do i really need to eat ? If your answer is really yes, you can feed your soul and reward yourself by providing portion control. However, if you are not sure of the answer, you do not need that food. It is also known that the antidepressants used increase the risk of weight gain.

Smoking is the most important cause of death today, but you should not forget to focus on diet and exercise when quitting smoking. Otherwise, you may gain uncontrolled weight and turn into an obese individual while trying to fill his void with high-calorie foods.
