Insulin resistance: All foods containing simple sugar (tea, sugar), ready-made fruit juice, processed foods, pastries made with white flour, ready-to-eat foods should not be consumed. Instead of butter, olive oil, boiled vegetables instead of frying should be preferred.

Hypothyroid: In addition to drug therapy, you can make your metabolism work more and spend more energy by consuming plenty of water and fiber. Protein foods (yogurt, buttermilk, milk) consumed in snacks accelerate metabolism.

Excessive secretion of the hormone cortisol: In case of excessive secretion of cortisol hormones, salt and sugar restrictions should be taken. Potassium-rich foods such as green leafy vegetables, legumes, salmon, yogurt, bananas and mushrooms should be consumed.

Sex Hormones: Saturated fats in the diet should be reduced. Nuts, almonds and walnuts containing healthy unsaturated fats should be consumed. Consumption of fibrous foods such as vegetables, fruits and whole grains should be increased. Alcohol consumption should be reduced.

Excess growth hormone: Meals should not be skipped. The habit of drinking milk should be acquired. Care should be taken to consume calcium-rich milk, cheese, yogurt. At least 8-10 glasses of fluid should be consumed daily with plenty of vegetables and fruits.
