The first drink you consume every morning; You should have 2 glasses of water at room temperature and drink 2 liters of water daily.
Freshly squeezed vegetable or fruit juice throughout the day (except the acidic ones, especially orange juice)can be consumed.
You can use non-animal foods such as cucumber, tomato, pepper, olive, fried slice of rye bread, corn flakes, fruit salad, oats for breakfast.
You should prefer your herbal teas warm, not hot.
Fresh fruits, vegetables or oil seeds can be preferred for snacks.

Of animal protein, you can choose only a small amount of lean cooked fish.
Foods of animal origin such as meat, chicken, eggs and dairy products should not be consumed.

The last meal should be consumed between 19:00 and 20:00 in the evening, after which food should not be consumed.
