Fat Doesn’t Turn into Muscle

Hello everyone, today I want to talk to you about a mistake we hear often. So what is this wrong? “Turning fat into muscle.” Unfortunately, turning fat into muscle, which is a phrase used especially for people who do sports, does not reflect the truth. The reason is that our essential fat is composed of adipocyte cells, but our muscle muscle is composed of myocyte cells. There is no possibility for these two cells to turn into each other! We have come home now to answer questions such as what can we do to the main topic, how will I be fit if fat does not turn into muscle, or why do we go to the gym then.

  1. Fats are burned as soon as they are converted. So what does this mean? If you take less of the energy you need and spend more energy with a calorie-restricted diet list and physical activity, your body will have to use the stored fat as an energy source. In this way, your body weight will move downwards and you will lose weight. We can call this situation the fat loss or fat burning phase, which it will shorten. You should continue this cycle until your body reaches the ideal fat ratio. When you reach the ideal oil ratio range, the second starts.

  2. Increasing muscle mass. We burned the fat and brought it to the ideal range. Of course, we need muscle mass for a more fit and aesthetic body. Muscle mass cannot be increased when there is an energy deficit. For this, you must either get exactly the energy you need or take a little more than you need (+200-400 calories). Weight training and resistance exercises are of course indispensable, but do not forget to add a little cardio in between and work out the core (abdominal) region. Of course, the biggest part of the job goes through your diet. Do not forget that your body should take carbohydrates, protein and fat in a balanced way. Otherwise, it will be much more difficult to reach your goal.

The most important conclusion we can draw from this article is ” Seeds to saplings to trees trees also turn into forest, but oil does not turn into muscle.

At the end of my article, I would like to add that during these processes, do not hesitate to get professional help and work with a dietitian.
