In this process, the fact that parents are as closely involved in this process as individuals experiencing test anxiety can be worrisome for the individual experiencing exam stress. For this reason, there should not be a detailed and questioning parental attitude.

It should indicate and show that the exam is not a situation that measures the value of the person. You should be more careful in speaking about the exam and comparisons should not be made.

Some parents make changes in their domestic and social lives during the exam period. Such as reducing the activities they spend outside, not accepting guests who come to the house. All the activities of the individual studying for the exam during the non-working period are stopped during the exam period. This makes the individual experiencing exam stress uneasy. It is an anxiety-provoking situation. For this reason, families should continue their social lives without exhibiting an unusual situation.
