Fat-rich diets cause bacterial changes in our gut, affecting brain function. To test their hypothesis, a group of staff at Louisiana State University took the microorganisms that everyone carries in their guts. As a result, it was determined by experiments that this change in intestinal flora caused mental problems.
Of course, this does not mean that we will not consume fat and sugar. At this point, the source of the consumed oil is of great importance.
