It’s the same thing, but everyone can experience different emotions. They may behave differently towards these feelings. The way we interpret the event, not the event itself, causes some reactions in us, if there is a problem in our way of interpreting the event or if there is a distortion or mistake, we experience a disproportionately negative emotion with the event and our probability of making a problematic behavior increases.
