Are you one of those who say I try everything but I can’t succeed? I do all kinds of weekly detox diets, potato, egg, banana diets, which are published in the headlines in the newspapers, but why do you say you can’t lose weight? So where is the problem? But why do you gain weight when you return to your normal life after these diets that are done for a few weeks and lost 1-2 kilos?

The main source of the problem is actually the foods you prefer in your “normal” diet and your belief in all the published diets. With these diets, which became popular for a short time and lost their importance, such as the sudden bursting of an inflated balloon, only water loss occurs. However, when you question your nutrition, which you call normal, you will have solved the most important point of the problem, and then it will come like a sock ripped.

What Should the Right Diet Be Like?

  • First of all, your motivation must be high. If you want to lose weight for yourself, you will not lose motivation anyway.

  • When you say that these foods are healthy and you eat those foods, you do not have an unhealthy diet when you eat a very small amount of unhealthy food, or when you eat very small amounts of all the foods that you say “you can never eat” in your diet, you will not break your diet.

  • As long as you have a balanced and flexible diet, you have a sustainable diet and you start to lose weight. So how do you achieve this?

  • Never forget that you should eat from all food groups. It is as essential to your body as carbohydrates, fats, proteins. What is important here is the type of carbohydrates, proteins and fats.

  • Make room for healthy fats on your table by adopting the principle of feeding with complex carbohydrate sources. Of course, don’t forget your protein sources while doing this.

  • Eat 2-3 servings of milk and dairy products every day, and take care to consume 7-8 servings of vegetables and fruits.

  • Try to do your daily activities and drink 2.5-3 liters of water.

  • While doing these, do not establish an obsessive relationship with the mirror. Remember, you have a different body type than tens of people who earn their living on social media with their appearance, and as long as you compare your bodies with theirs, you will be disappointed.

  • Do not avoid eating food thinking that I will gain weight. By eating healthy, it is possible to both fill your stomach and see weight loss that you will not regain gradually.
