Antioxidant Filling

Hyaluronic acid fillers are the most used type of filler for facial volumising today. Each brand has its own unique crosslink technology. In addition, there are fillers fortified with supporting materials other than hyaluronic acid.

Hyaluronic acid fillers are destroyed by the human body from the first moment they are injected. Especially in the first 2 weeks, the increased metabolic process (oxidative stress) in the tissue causes an average of 30% of the injected filler to be destroyed rapidly. This is the most important reason for patient dissatisfaction after filling application.

The antioxidant filling contains “mannitol”, which is a powerful antioxidant, as the name suggests. In this way, the rapid destruction process we mentioned above is not seen in the application of antioxidant filling. Therefore, the permanence of the antioxidant filling application is higher.

Antioxidant filler differs from other hyaluronic acid fillers with its special cross-link technology (IPN like technology). Thanks to this technology, it provides a perfect harmony with the tissue in a short time after the filling application. The presence of the filling is not felt in mimic movements or when touched.

The features we mentioned above distinguish antioxidant filling from classical fillings. Thanks to these features, it is possible to obtain natural and long-lasting results.

Antioxidant filler has different concentrations of products for each part of the face. The product in the lip area is known as “French Kiss lip filler”.
