Diets made by assigning miraculous tasks to a single food such as cabbage diet, salad diet, apple diet, protein diet only lose water and muscle. Nutrition means that all food groups are balanced and adequately adjusted in your diet. Due to these unhealthy diets, you will experience muscle loss and then have a hard time losing weight because the tissue that consumes the most energy in your body is muscle tissue.
